Back, but mostly lurking

I joined many moons ago when I sold cell phones. Then I ran screaming from retail, and got a job doing billing for an addiction treatment center. I'm still there today. We're state-funded, so the majority of our folks don't really hear from me. But I remember my retail days too well, and have been lurking and remembering. I may comment here and there, and if I recall a good story or witness some dumbness I may post.
