Background-- There are two phone systems at The Client. Essentially, one is the intra-Client system (let's call it the Blue Line) and one is the outside line (let's call it the Black Line).
My Black line phone rings.
J2K: "IT Service Desk. How can I help you?"
Her: "Oh, is this the line for phone help?"
J2K: "Nnno, I'm with the IT side."
Her: "I thought-- how did I get you?"
J2K: "I wouldn't know, ma'am."
Her: "It said press '1' and I pressed '2'..."
J2K: "...yes, I'm pretty sure if it says to press one number and you press another, it'll give you the wrong queue..."
She laughed that off and said she'd just try again.
