Me: "Can I get your last name?"
Person: (What I think I hear) "Hewitt."
Me: "Is that H-E-W-I-T-T?"
Person: "Uhm...no, I said Smith."
Me: "I...am losing my mind, sorry.
Person:

"That's too bad. Hospitals aren't fun to fight through."
"What IS fun to fight through?"
"Gardens. Electronics shops. Antique stores, but only if they're classy."
