Had a guest come in last night freaking out. She lost her purse. She knew she had it with her in the car, so it must be between the car and the room! She was parked in a spot right near the main entrance and her room was on the first floor not too far from the lobby, so we're not talking about a huge amount of space to lose a purse in.

So I call Security because nothing has been brought to me, and nothing has been brought to them either. Security takes the guest information and a description of the missing purse.

Then the woman gets the smart idea to check her car "just one more time" and...any guesses as to what she found in her car?

The number of times my co-worker Dorothy would walk out to a freaking out customer's car and pull their wallet/purse from the floor or between the seat and console would astound you. It got to where she would do that first, upon hearing their little air-raid sirens of distress.
