Last Friday I was waiting for my iced coffee at the Timmy Ho's* when I heard a woman in line behind me ask the counter-person this question:
"Do you have any more donuts?"
She was standing right in front of a display case pretty much chock-full of donuts - it being about 8:30 AM and the breakfast rush in full swing. You should have seen the look on the employee's face as she said, "Uh...Yeaahhhh..."
Near as I could tell, the customer wanted to buy a box of 18 and, I dunno, thought she was going to clean them out entirely?
Lady, it's a DONUT SHOP! Even if 18 was considered a large order (Trust me: It's not), it's not like they aren't going to be making any more for the rest of the day!
My guess is she was still caffeine-deprived...
