Dropped Credit/Debit
A grandma and her granddaughter came into my store and paid for an item. The grandma dropped her credit card on the floor and didn't notice. Luckily she was new phone so I could return the card to her. I'm surprise she didn't forget our granddaughter instead.
Dropped Money
A lady in my store dropped some dollar bills on the floor, and I had to pick up the money and hand it to her.
Dropped Keys
A customer left her keys in my store, and I handed the keys to mall housekeeping to be dropped off in lost and found.
Forgotten Shoes
A customer paid for a pair of shoes and forgot them in my store. I dropped the shoes off to the mall office where they placed in lost and found.
"where can I get my ID?"
A lady literally asked me this today, and I had to tell her the obvious places - the DMV for drivers license or the post offices for passport.
