    Today a customer emailed me a screen shot of her credit card to pay for her ad.

    Yes.

    You read that right.

    My CW suggested I use it for a screen saver

    I won't of course. Just....wow.

    why on earth anyone can hack a email and get the card number

    I worked in a call center for disputes and lost stolen credit card you wouldn't believe the stories I heard.... Most people just cant remember where they swipe there cards or how much they spend.
