    I must admit... I have a rather pronounced tendency to fall UP stairs.

      Weird, and saddening, but not necessarily Sucky. And hey, maybe the person is just Dyslexic, and can't spell but not for lack of trying.
      yea, we knew what she was talking about, that's what made it funny


      Oh and I've never heard anyone pronounce the L ... usually people just elongate the "a" sound a bit.

        Oh, thank goodness I'm not the only one to do this! I don't fall down stairs (I have a death grip on the bannister) but I often trip when hurrying up when climbing.
