    phone rings-

    AP007- thank you for calling the (not us), er (not us), um, Smiley, what's the name of the hotel?
    Me- *takes phone* Thank you for calling (us) this is smiley speaking, how may I help you? *barely able to keep from laughing... the guest is laughing pretty hard too*
    Guest- he's new, isn't he...
    Me- yup, started yesterday..
