Got a little brain burp here...my store is right next to an Arbys so, needless to say, we get people coming in all the time asking for Arby's food. Drive through, actual restaurant, we're used to it; most of the people are in a rush and don't pay attention to the menus until we point it out. However, the customers yesterday win the brain burp prize for the mix up.

I'm going to assume that neither of them spoke (or read) English...but the two asian men came into the store and then spent about five minutes staring at our menu board and their coupon. Eventually, they finally come up...and hand me a coupon for Arby's. I put on my "customer service" smile, say as clearly and slowly as possible that this is Wendy's and not Arby's, point next door, and wish them a good day.

After a few more seconds of conferring, they were gone.

Nothing too bad...but even so, 5 minutes?
