DUH: Ohhhh... can you order light blue?
MON: I'm very sorry Ma'am. The only colors that are available from **BIGNAMEBRAND** backpacks is pink or black.
DUH: Well, can you call another one of your stores and see if they have light blue?
MON: Ummm, Ma'am. I'm very sorry but light blue is not available from this company right now. It's not one of the colors they selected for this season.
DUH: So, if I went online with **BIGNAMEBRAND** can I order a backpack in light blue?
MON: Ma'am. I'm very sorry, but **BIGNAMEBRAND** selects certain colors each year and light blue was not one of the ones selected. Is there anything else I can check on for you?
DUH: That's okay, do you know anyone else in town who carries **BIGNAMEBRAND backpacks?
