The guy wasn't sucky at all, though there is bit of a miscommunication. He called because he wanted info. on home schooling. I go online, find and tell him some stuff. Then I tell him we have books and he wanted me to put them on hold at his local library. I see that the copies his local library had were checked out, so I said copies can be transfered from another branch. I go to his record and see those books I was going to put on hold were already checked out on his card.
Guy: Oh, I guess my wife must have checked them out on my card.
I hope this couple plan to communicate as they home school their child.
Then of course the guy has to tell me why they are home schooling the son: They show x-rated cartoons at school.
So is it Fritz the Cat? Some Japanese anime (the name of the specific genre escapes me)? Early Betty Boop? The Bugs Bunny cartoons where Porky wears a jacket but no pants? The Simpsons movie? Are they educational cartoons about the human body? I didn't ask. The less I talk to the customer the better. He does tell me the principal isn't going to like him home schooling his child because the school will loose the money that they get for his kid. And he babbled some about some kid or adult doing something or complaining and no one has gotten back on it.
