    SC: Hi, do you have a wheelchair?
    Me: No, I am sorry, we don't have wheel chairs.
    SC: Oh, thanks.
    Me: Sure. Sorry.
    SC: That's okay.

    Chill, it isn't that big of a deal
    had just checked in SC's coworker (CW)
    Me: Okay, we have you in for two nights.
    SC: WHAT???? *acts paniced as if there was no way to change this & he was going to get charged.
    CW: It's okay, she said we could let them know in the morning if we need to stay a second night, and we wouldn't face a penality.
    SC: *to me* We WILL NOT need the second night! *stares at his CW*
    Me: Okay...
