Everyone gets a customer who blames them for their mistake, some apologize for it other pretend it was your fault anyway. Well I work at a gas station that is prepay as most are and it is self serve so once you pay inside I set the pump and the rest is up to you. Well many for get that you dont choose the kind of gas u want inside u have to push the grade outside where it says PUSH HERE.

Well the other day I get a lady whos had a bad day which i can understand so I set her pump and she went out to get her gas. Not long after she storms in yelling about how the pump is broken and she has no time to be waiting for me to fix it. I check my screen to make sure I pushed the right pump-sometimes the computer will select the next pump number or the customer tells me the wrong number-well i check its on the pump she said then I asked her to point out her car.

She at the right spot the moneys on the pump. Then I asked on last question...did you choose your grade? She says she pushed the big 87. I said ma'am you have to push the PUSH HERE sign next to the grade of your choice. To which I get in reply a big fat OO

Back at the 'Q..and at the 'Lounge...and at my other 2 gas stations ...I used to say that trained monkeys could understand and use the pumps better then some customers.
      I'm bringing disdain back...with a vengeance.

Oh, and your tool box called...you got out again.

I have see people press the LCD display which shows the price instead of the button with the "87 PUSH HERE" written on it. Repeatably.
