    And a bit longer still... My Skoda Fabia is an '02 plate and the original kit was a cassette/radio.

      My mom's Passat is an '04 and still has a tape player.

        The car radio picture I attached to the original post is the exact one that was used in this lady's vehicle, and is currently available as original equipment in many Chrysler models.

          I have never had a car with a CD player, they've always had cassette players.

              Yes, you can.

              A standard "DIN" CD player should fit perfectly in place of the factory cassette player in that car.
