I'm not sure if this goes under Brain Burps or Cursing out Co-workers, but feel free to move it if it does.
This happened awhile back. Something my co-worker did. He doesn't work there anymore, but a lady wanted 3 biscuits. They were still frozen and he gave them to her anyway. She came back really angry demanding we give her 3 bagels to replace them and she wanted to file a complaint against my co-worker. My other co-worker/friend and I were like, "Why did you give her frozen biscuits? You're not supposed too." I would never give a customer frozen biscuits and I would tell that customer their not ready to be served yet.
