So I work at a prepaid cellular provider and handle all sorts of different issues one of which is warranty claims etc.
So I'm testing a phone that is going to be sent out for a warranty claim and I can't get the battery to charge.
So I take it into the warehouse and let them know I think I have a bad battery to which I get this reply "Did you take the tape off?"
Me: "Tape?"
"hehe oops"
