So as people may or may not know I work for a prepaid cellular service provider.

We occasionally get refurbished phones to resell. We got one back today where the key pad looked as follows (I have bolded the appropriate numbers to point out the error)

Obviously someone at quality control was asleep when this one came by

Must be for TV fake phone numbers. "Yes, my number is 555-1432..."

To be honest I can see screwing up the row with the 789. But how do you miss that the 0 thats supposed to be between the * and # is not there?
