I work for a prepaid cell company, we have various plans one of which has to be renewed every 30 days.

Customer: So when is the next renewal date then?

Me: July 7th, 30 days from today.

Customer: But what's the specific date.

Me: July 7th

Customer: But it's supposed to be 30 days right?

Me: Yes, so the renewal date is July 7th, 30 days from today.

Customer: Oh, today is the 7th... I'm sorry.

maybe she thought it was a different date the day she spoke to you...i sometimes do that...i forget what day it is if i don't have contact with people and technology and everything....
