New customer not rolling down his window at the open window

There are 2 gates at the Visitor parking booth

• one is at the end of the booth
• the other one is across from the booth window

It never fails that a customer will drive up to the outside gate.

So a new customer did that today *you will find out why he is new*

I opened the booth window & motioned for him to drive up to the booth window. I stood at the opened window. The guy pulled up beyond the opened window with the driver side window rolled up. I am still standing at the open window. He does not roll down his window so I can speak to him.

So I raise the gate. He enters the garage.

Several minutes later the phone inside the booth rings. I look up, & I notice he is at the exit gate without a token to exit.

• I answer the phone
• he says "how do I get out of here?"
• I tell him where to pay
• He backs up
