Last week our air machine was out of action and was surrounded by cones, which was meant to convey the message that the air machine was unavailable. Of course this didn't stop anyone from trying to use it. I saw many people standing there holding the tube looking puzzled as to why it wouldn't work
I wasn't there on the day that a woman came into the shop asking if the machine was working (err... no, that's why the cones were there), and she then asked,
"If I remove the cones will it work then?"
I was off on tuesday and wednesday so I missed a woman who complained about the air machine being empty. She came to this conclusion because the display which shows the air pressure was showing an E.
Last but not least I went into work one day last year to find the CW's laughing about the man who had come in complaining over the car wash not having a sign saying that you had to keep your windows closed...
