((I hope this is in the right place!))
I recently (as in, today!) started a babysitting job. Guns blazing, I went in, expecting the worst a two year old child could do. Her mum, a long time friend of mine, explained everything about nap time, feeding, playing, etc.
This child was amazing. She was cute, quiet, and loves cheese. She even goes, I kid you not, "nomnomnom".
About 10:30 rolls around and I put her down for a nap. The grandmother (another person I've known forever) came home and was getting ready to take me back home. Picks up her granddaughter from the crib, she does. She came out laughing.
"Kymmy, when you put her down, you need to put a pair of shorts on her or she'll rip the diaper off and smear whatever is in there onto the crib and walls."
Thank goodness it didn't happen! But mummy forgot to tell this to me. Situation: avoided.
