One day last year the team that takes care of making sure product is rotated was doing the candy aisle. Someone found a bar that had been outdated for 2 years. Oops! If corp. people had come in and seen that, we'd have been in trouble. This freshness team was fairly new, & the incident made it obvious we needed such a team.
