To get my Wii fixed, Nintendo sent a FedEx shipping label which I printed out and took with me to the FedEx Office store near my house. I have apparently learned too much at my college as I seemed to have forgotten how to put a slip of paper into a plastic bag. The employee had to stick the paper in the bag and attach it to my box for me; not a proud moment especially how easily the bag opened.

Sometimes the very intelligent are the most absent-minded and/or clumsy. I'm book-smart, but often ditzy when it comes to everyday things. So did the employee give you that look?
