Not really sucky...
I got an email from a customer who wanted to know if we had any freeware products that weren't on our public web site.
I wrote back to let her know that all the available products were the ones posted on our public site and offered to help her if she had any questions.
Then I realized it sounded like one of those stories where a customer asks if you have something "in the back." Never thought I'd get that one at company without any retail space.
Of course this one believed me and didn't make me go check anyway. That was nice.
