  • The Riddler...

A couple of coworkers and I were discussing riddles. We were all coming up with some and sharing. My coworker thinks for a minute and says " Ok! I got one!! When does Tuesday come before Wednesday?"

    A moment of silence passes.

    I pipe up... "Uhhh....Every fuckin week?"..*i cuss like a sailor @ times*

And we all start laughing hysterically. And it takes him minute to realize what he said.

He meant: When does Thursday come before Wednesday?

    Answer: in a dictionary.

My dad was playing a scripture chase game where the one with the coreect answer asks the next question, so there is a big rush to be first...

    His question: "Who killed Cain?"

    Instant response: "Abel!"

Ummm, I have a dirty mind, so I had 'When does Tuesday come before Wednesday' turned-into a sexual joke...

      Here's a nice simple joke....

*giggles* Oh, mis-speakings... I was joking around with my sister recently... She made some comment while we were washing dishes, and I MEANT to say, "Yeah, or I could break the plate over your head."

I ended up saying, "Yeah, or I could break a head over your face..."

Here's an old one...what has four legs in the morning, two legs in the afternoon, and three in the evening?

Answer:Man. Four legs in the morning=a crawling baby. Two legs in the afternoon=walking upright. Three legs in the evening=walking with a cane.

Said this was old-it's the riddle of the Sphinx. But hey, it could have been worse-if you blew it when the Sphinx asked, you ended up being dinner.

A surprisingly funny one from where I'm from (Or at least, probably because I think I made it up. ._O' ) is as follows:

Q: What do you get when you cross a towel and a bottle of shampoo?
            What?
            A: .. I dunno. *walks away*
SC: "Are you new or something?"
Me: "Yes. Your planet is very backwards I hope you realize."

Why is a raven like a writing desk?

there is an answer to this one, he came up with one for Queen Victoria who really disliked the fact that it did not have one.

Because Poe wrote on them both.

That performing dog... he acted on all fours this morning, hurt his front paw during the afternoon show, and was reduced to walking on his hind legs for the night act.

That was all he could think to ask - the idea of eating was rather on his mind. It was was an rather old one, too, and Gollum knew the answer as well as you do.

"Chestnuts, chestnuts," he hissed. "Teeth! Teeth! my preciousss; but we has only six!" Then he asked his second:
                            Voiceless it cries,
                            Wingless flutters,
                            Toothless bites,
                            Mouthless mutters.

because they can both produce a few notes, though they are very flat.
