Green thing!!!

I just received a faxed service request from one of our distributors for a customer a rural area.

They list the fault with the product as follows:

"Green thing on the circuit board?"

Yeah, that is really going to help me narrow down the fault. I can just imagine the look on the techo's face when he reads THAT on the job sheet.....

Thats exactly what I was thinking when I read it ( I love that story)

What I forgot to mention about the story, recieved faxes are printed on coloured paper as they come out the same printer/fax/scanner unit as regular print jobs and being coloured makes them easily distinguishable. The colour of the paper is was printed on??? = GREEN
