This phone conversation took place - you guessed it - while I was covering a break for a cashier.

Me: *standard greeting*

SC: Yeah do you have the new Kodak printer?

Me: Could you be a little more specific? Which model were you looking for.

SC: The one I just saw advertised on TV.

Me:

I don't think anything else really needs to be said about that.

"It was on channel four! Or was it on six? You know, it was on right after that show with that guy..."

I'm flashing back to one of my very first Sears customers, who called me up and asked, "You got that thing on TV?"

"Which show?"

"You know, the one with the thing and the people and they go to this place and do this thing. It's got that song that plays during the credits."
