My statement doesn't state "Invoice"

Actually, our bills say "Invoice Statement" on the top...somewhere...so I'm told by customer service.

Well... yeah... but that's an Invoice Statement and they told you they can't work with a Statement so why can't you get them a proper Invoice...

Some people shouldn't be anywhere near an accounting department.
