Okay, so I'm a mentor at work, two weeks ago I was assigned a new hire, a short sweet girl. At the last minute they changed my new hire to a tall, skinny, Asian guy with spiky hair.
Yesterday I finally caught up with the training manager and asked him why the last minute change, he explained "we wanted to keep people with people of the same gender to minimize the risk of sexual tension forming"

Yeah, umm, is now a bad time to mention that I'm gay and the qualities I find most attractive are, say them with me now, tall, skinny, spiky hair, and oh God Asian.
Yeah... no sexual tension at all during that week

You can call what he did "sexual harrasment" but in a round-about-convoluted-kind-of-way. That's another way of saying that they can't trust their people to act as adults & control their urges.
