The night before Thanksgiving, the husband, kids and I had to stop at the store to get diapers after I got off work at 11:30. So I ran in, while my husband stayed in the car, grabbed the diapers and headed to the check-out lane.
After I've been in line a couple minutes this lady comes up behind me and asks if I mind if she cuts. I said, "Yes actually I do mind. I just got off work, my husband and kids are waiting for me in the car, and you have more items than me."
Then she tells me, "Oh the guy ahead of you is my husband and I'm with him."
Ooops, I let her go ahead after that but I don't know why she just didn't say that to begin with.
