  • Wait, did I just see what I think I did?

Dunno if this a burp or what (moderators please feel free to place in the proper threadz area

Well this didn't happen to me but to a CW a while back before I transferred into the store. My CW told me the story of what happened to him one time with a customer who. . . well was into some illegal activity.

According to my CW a guy came into the shop driving a scrappy looking Buick. He said he needed an oil change and inquired whether or not we could fix a flat on one his tires, which was in the trunk and he atm was driving with a spare donut.

SO my CW went with the customer, out to his car and wrote down the mileage and asked to take a look at the tire in his trunk that needed to be fixed. The customer opened the trunk so my CW could inspect the tire and see if the was fixable.

My CW's eyes noticed two large brief cases in the trunk and one of which was open. The customer kinda freaked and while trying to move the suitcases out of view exposed what was in one of them, which was filled with 2-3 huge bricks of weed. Cw didn't say anything but sure enough the customer knew he was kinda busted. What was funny is the customer I guess in hopes he would not get in trouble tried to like bribe and asked my CW if he smoked and would be possibly interested in buying some weed My CW is pretty much a boy scout, straight as an arrow, he was actually at the time studying criminal justice lol.

My CW being the guy he can be said that he could not do something like that a.k.a buying illegal drugs while on the clock but maybe after he was off. Course my CW is left with the dilemma of whether he should tell the guy he should take his business elsewhere or bring the vehicle in and notify loss prevention intern the police. I guess the customer was desperate to get his bucket serviced. So the vehicle was brought in for a oil change and flat repair.

My Cw did call LP who intern notified the local police but they never showed up And the guy was able to pick his car up and drive off. During the whole time the car was serviced in the shop mechanics and whoever else was there were laughing and im sure confused as to what should/shouldn't be done.

Yeah from what I thought about it, good thing no one was tempted to take some or else the guy would have been back and well who knows what that guy was capable of especially a guy with 2 bags dull of weed O.o

It blows my mind that the police didn't want that bust; 2 bricks is a nice haul.

        I watch too much 'COPS.'
