Slug Bug....wait, no...
So this morning on the paper route, I was out of it. (1) I did not have my coffee, since I'm currently at the motel for a couple days as MOD (and we don't have coffee makers in the rooms 
) and (2) I was up late (my bad).
Hubs and I regularly play the "slug bug" game. I see a VW bug; I punch my husband. It's a reflex. And it malfunctioned this morning.
I saw a shooting star. I slugged my husband.
Me: "Slug bu...wait, no, that's for slug bugs, not shooting stars. I'm supposed to...what do I do? A wish! I'm supposed to make a wish. Got it."
Husband: "You wish to punch me?"
Me: "No I just....just nevermind."
Did I mention I was exhausted and really out of it?!?!
