So, while I'm MOD, Hubs and I are both staying at the motel.
I come into work. Night Auditor mentions that a vehicle in the parking lot left its lights on, but wasn't registered, so he couldn't contact the guest.
NA: "Of course, it doesn't help when people don't write their vehicle plates on their reg cards."
Me: "Yeah, idiots, this is exactly why we ask for that info! Well, sucks to be them! I'm not going to jump their car for them!" (Liability issue: Corporate doesn't want us to screw up and mess up their car even worse, so we aren't supposed to jump cars for guests.)
A couple hours later, Maint. Man gets to work, and informs me Hubby left his car lights on.
I call Hubs to let him know. Then it dawns on me. I take a closer look at the vehicle info that Night Auditor had jotted down and...
Crap.
