Memory Fail.

Earlier tonight I applied for a part time job. All was going well until I got to where it asked my SSN... I couldn't remember the first 3 digits, just those. I couldn't find my financial documents... they're somewhere in my room... I just couldn't find them... So I had to call my dad in another state. And when he called me back 30 minutes later (we was out when I called) and told me I was like "Doh!"

My SSN has two 1s in it, side by side. I've lost count of how many times I've struggled with something needing my SSN only to realize I'd only entered a single 1.

I'm concerned with how Incredibly BAD my short term memory was at least twice today - can't recall if it was more than twice.... *wry grin* good thing I finally managed to escape work
