I got a woman that asked me for a game for her son's iPod Touch.

She insists she bought one before here and it doesn't work.

I tried to get some answers out of her (do you mean a DS? a PSP?) and info inside her (iPod games are bought on the iPod itself, ma'am!) but she won't budge.

I have two more hours of work to go and I'm already stupid-walled.
Now would be a good time to visit So Very Unofficial!

I would ask that she simply bring her iPod touch and game with her to demonstrate. Chances are either she's got DS or PSP or she has an iPod Touch but bought a DS/PSP game for it, and is upset that the game won't fit into the iPod. Hopefully, with those visual cues, she'll finally have an a-ha moment (but I can only give you a 50/50 chance that will actually happen )
Fiancee: We're going to need to do laundry. I'm out of clean pants.
Me: Sounds like a job for Gravekeeper!
    Fiancee: What?!
    Me: Nevermind.

You are giving better odds then me. Anything over 2% chance is too generous.
Engaged to the amazing Marmalady. She is my Silver Dragon, shining as bright as the sun. I her Black Dragon (though good honestly), dark as night..fierce and strong.

        You would, wouldn't you.
That would imply the customer would listen to me.
Look up at the name of the site and come back to me on that.
