There are times when I wish chat clients had an "undo" button to take back what was just said. This was one of those times. Background: I work in billing as well as customer support and this conversation took place over IM.

CW: Hey, I've got a few in this spreadsheet that owe us money and need you to make them feel special.
Me: That's what I do!
Me: I make them feel special and then charge them!
