at least they weren't trying to *call* starbucks. That would have been interesting.

      What next, the "Tall Mac"?

I hope the person calling Starbucks to order a pizza dialed the wrong number or there were issues with some phone lines being crossed.

I remember years ago when I was a receptionist at a travel agency. We were having issues with the phone lines one morning and I called the owner at home to let him know. Calls were being dropped randomly when I went to pick up the line. He called the phone company and they sent someone out later in the day to check the lines. I am not sure what happened but our phone lines some how got crossed up with a pizza place down the street while the technician was working. I kept getting phone calls for the pizza place and the pizza place was getting our phone calls. I know this because the owner of the pizza place stopped by to see if we were aware that he was getting our phone calls all of the sudden. The technician was still there when this was happening and the owner of the pizza place spoke with him about it too. The issue did get resolved that day and it never happened again.

You missed the point; they didn't call the wrong establishment, they just used Starbucks-specific terminology

Venti... I suppose if you were selling a 20" pizza, you could call it that.
