Working at a reception desk for a printing company today. Got these 2 winners...

Idiot #1: Can I talk to Nancy please?
Me: This is a national switchboard for (company). Do you know the last name?
Idiot #1: No.....I guess I just made your job difficult, huh?"

No shit you dumb ass! A minimum of the whole name would be needed to find the person if I transfer calls all over the country.

Idiot #2: I'd like to know who I can talk to about buying (product), so I can lease it from you.

Is this guy so stupid that he wants to buy the product out right, then pay to lease it?!? WTF?!?!
