over the last couple days I've made biggish mistakes on the card machine.
Luckily my manager could get the rest of the money back, so we haven't lost anything. Tues I put a £19.99 sale through as £1.99, Weds I put a £19.99 through as £12.32, which was the time on the computer.
All I can think of is the last few days there's been a storm coming and everythings been muggy and horrible and the pollen counts been so high it's been making me so dopey...
My manager wasn't annoyed, luckily, as he could get the rest of the money back, and especially as I very rarely make mistakes on the tills, but I'm so mad at myself.
(and at the customers who walked off knowing they'd been undercharged and not saying anything.)
