Nothing yet, neither of us has discussed it, with the exception that she wants to come over for an 'extended visit" as soon as she is able.

One of my best friends slept with her boss. Now she's in the best relationship she's ever been in, two years and going. She had to find a new job (she quit before anyone of the other employees besides me found out), etc, etc since they chose to pursue it further than a one night stand...

He was married too. But he did leave his wife (he'd been planning it for a while) before they did the deed. Just goes to show though, doesn't always turn out bad.

I did this once. Now we're engaged. Not always a bad thing although I had to change jobs.

i also slept with one of my bosses. it was one of those things that just happend. i was a mechanic at the time. when i first started working there the day before my boyfriend broke up with me, i was pretty depressed and i didnt want to really talk to men at all. the guys in the shop would ask me to go and hang out with them after work as they would once a week. i turned them down time after time, and finally i decided i would go, so the day came again that they all wanted to hang out, so i said yes, i went home changed and came back to work so we could all go out, but by that time the rest of the guys decided that they didnt want to go (other things came up ect) i was bummed but my boss said he would go out with me. one thing led to another and well oops. i claim depression and temporary insanity, only one other guy knew about it, and i ended up seeing another guy at work as well and that poor guy got fired cause the boss was mad about it. (i broke it off with him soon after) i actually dated that guy for a long time.

i now work in that shop again, lucky for me he no longer works there, but 2 of the guys that worked with me at that time are still there, occasionally they will elude to the whole ordeal, but that was 13 years ago, the find it amusing.

Oh, and yeah, whether it works out or not it'd probably be a good idea to find a new job. Either there will be bad feelings, or you'll be violating the (probably existing) company policy on family/close-friends supervising each other.

Let's hope it's the latter.
