  • From One of My First Days

When I first started at the salad bar, I couldn't quite tell the difference between the tuna salad and the chicken salad. (At the time, they were remarkably similarily colored...)

When I went out to the s.b. to give it the last fill up of my shift, I notice that the chicken salad is low, so I decided to fill it up with more from the pan on the cart. So I do so, finish my shift and go merrily on my way.

I later thought about it, because something didn't seem quite right...

I'm really convinced that I somehow mixed the tuna and chicken salad together in one pan. Never heard any complaints, though, so I'm not sure. If I DID screw up, though, I still feel bad.

Well if it was tuna and you filled the chicken with it and nobody noticed. I think that speaks more about the food than your mistake
I've lost my mind ages ago. If you find it, please hide it.
