I Laughed in a Customer's Face

The worst part? He heard over the phone and asked me why I laughed.

I made some lame excuse about messy people usually not admitting they are messy, and he bought it.

Not bad! More plausible than my emergency laughing at idiots over the phone excuse of "a guy just hit himself in the nuts" (I used it when someone rang to ask our fuel price. By law we can't give it out over the phone, the customer said "but I own Somethingorother Tours, we buy fuel there all the time". I laughed because I've never seen their tour bus at our site.)

We are watching season 3 (and I haven't seen all the episodes) so who is Jonas? Is he the guy that replaced Daniel Jackson for like half an episode after Daniel's wife died?

Nope, he doesn't show up until season 5, and he joins the team in 6. I'm guessing you don't want spoilers. : p
