Guest is booking 2 rooms for 6 nights each. I set up the first room fine, no problems. The second room though I wasn't paying attention and put it through as an advance payment reservation, which the guest did not want (they only wanted held on the card, not charged). I started this call at 7:25, it is now 7:41 and I'm still on hold with my supervisor trying to figure out how to straighten this mess out.
I am so screwed.
