Missed a Step

Today, I sold my first EZ Pass but I forgot to write the number down which I didn't realize until I brought a couple more up from the lower safe to put in the upper safe. I told my service desk coworker and she had me write my name and the date on the paper which I did and that the office would be able to track the number on the EZ Pass that was sold.
