At about seven-thirty, I ordered chinese food from a very nearby store.
It was not delivered until about twenty minutes ago.
It had taken a while, and I was thinking to myself... What was the cause of this delay? Was the driver caught in traffic? Did they mess up my order and have to change it? Was there a catastrophe and everyone at the store died?
I called to ask, not complain, obviously, I was just curious. An hour and a half is a long delivery time. The cause of my delay and subsequent rumbling stomach?
I forgot to give them my address before hanging up.
