DU and HU talk (note, on VCO the deaf user speaks for themself, I only have to relay the hearing user's side)
About a minute into it I hear from the deaf user...
DU: Smiley, you forgot to mute the softphone, we can hear you speaking into the dictation software, please ensure that you remember to mute the softphone.
oh yeah... did I mention, on VCO unless otherwise instructed we are to never allow the hearing user that we are on the line.
