Went to the car wash. I thought I had enough time. However, just I was finishing up with the bubble brush, I ran out of time. I reached in my purse for more quarters....but there were none. 
I dug around in the glove box and found a couple, but not the minimum to start the wash again. I had to take my lucky 50-cent piece next door to change it out so I would have enough quarters to rinse off my car. 
Then, I went to the grocery store. On my way out, I couldn't find my keys. I double-checked the basket, and they weren't there. Then I got that sinking feeling in my stomach. Sure enough, I had locked my keys in my car. This was literally only the second time I've ever done that!
After cursing, I started to walk home, when I realized that I was smart and had a spare in my purse. So I was able to walk back to the car and drive home.
