Does anyone else love answering mail? I think it's pretty much the best part of my job. Stupid customers write the darndest things. I just got one here from a poor guy who's only been in America for a short time, I quote:

"The mail in the United States never lost or damaged in anyway"

Poor guy...he'll learn about our mail system soon enough...

I once had a guy who sent certified mail from South America to the States to ask for tech support. He asked that we responded via email...I was trying to figure out why he didn't email tech support in the first place but hey maybe snail mail IS faster then dial up. LOL

Don't get to do it here, but at my last job, it was...interesting.

We once got a letter from an elderly gentleman, for whom English was his second language. It was about a page long detailing his life story and how he wouldn't be able to pay us. He ended it by saying he know he's in trouble and gave us permission to come to his house and shoot him. We declined.
