Lottery Machine Went Down
Yesterday, after doing lottery for an employee on break, the machine went down. I tried to bring it back up but it didn't work. I had to temporarily close down the machine. Luckily, the customers were pretty understanding. I ended up having to call lottery tech support. Thanks to that, the machine ended up working again.
